The Honest Burgers (HB) restaurant chain has become a staple of all the major UK cities over the past decade, expanding their position from a small market stall in Brixton Village. 

I have had a relationship with HB’s Head of Food for a few years and he approached me to recreate an exciting new specialist menu item as an illustration for promotional purposes. 

HB wanted to really show off the different ingredients of the Caribbean Fried Chicken Burger and knew that my unique illustration style would be the perfect match
